Flourless Peanut Butter Oat Cookies

These cookies are guilt free and made without any flour, dairy or gluten! It’s a naturally sweetened gluten free cookie recipe that does not disappoint! ⁣

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup creamy natural peanut butter ⁣
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup or honey
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup gluten free rolled oats I used One Degree Organic Oats
  • 1 cup dark chocolate baking chips I used Lily's Sweets
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/8 tsp sea salt
  • dash cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees⁣
  • In a bowl, beat peanut butter, almond butter, maple syrup, eggs, and vanilla.⁣
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the oats, baking powder, and salt⁣
  • Add dry mixture to wet and beat until combined⁣
  • Beat or stir in the chocolate chips⁣
  • Drop batter into cookie shapes on a non stick baking sheet and sprinkle with cinnamon ⁣
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 8-13 minutes, or until the center is cooked through. Makes ~22 cookies⁣
