Flourless Peanut Butter Oat Cookies
These cookies are guilt free and made without any flour, dairy or gluten! It’s a naturally sweetened gluten free cookie recipe that does not disappoint!

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup creamy natural peanut butter
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/2 cup maple syrup or honey
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup gluten free rolled oats I used One Degree Organic Oats
- 1 cup dark chocolate baking chips I used Lily's Sweets
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/8 tsp sea salt
- dash cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- In a bowl, beat peanut butter, almond butter, maple syrup, eggs, and vanilla.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the oats, baking powder, and salt
- Add dry mixture to wet and beat until combined
- Beat or stir in the chocolate chips
- Drop batter into cookie shapes on a non stick baking sheet and sprinkle with cinnamon
- Bake at 350 degrees for 8-13 minutes, or until the center is cooked through. Makes ~22 cookies
